Refund, Returns & Delivery

It is true that sometimes you buy something that doesn’t work out the way you had expected, and for that reason, we did our return policy which will be helpful for you. 

Refund policy

Once you have paid for your order, In certain cases refund will be processed as per the following policies –

  1. Refunds will be made within 10 working days after processing through valid reasoning. Please follow the cancellation policy. 
  2. Bank or Payment Gateway charges may be deducted subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Bank or Payment Gateway
      – Conditions applied.
 

Delivery Policy

Our delivery time will vary based on the items and volume, Please select preferred date and time of delivery during checkout. We will communicate with you if we are unable to deliver within the prefered time right after order confirmation. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of request for connection will be allowed for the following reasons –

  1. The location of the customer is out of coverage of club gourmet. 
  2. Damaged items during delivery, please provide proof in image format. 
  3. Change of decision by the customer
  4. If club gourmet failed to process the order in certain scenarios due to production limitations.
